From Junior Entrepreneur to Alumnus: 2 Years of Impact and Innovation
A journey through two years in the Junior Enterprise movement, focusing on project management, innovation, and CSR strategy.

🎓 From Junior Entrepreneur to Alumnus: a journey that changed me
🌱 Where it all started
Two years ago, I had no idea how much this journey would change me.
Joining the Junior Entreprise INSAT was not just an academic or professional decision. It was a turning point that reshaped how I work, think, and commit.
Very quickly, I realized this was about more than just projects.
🚀 Taking responsibility
As a Projects Manager, I faced real challenges: leading teams, managing projects, making tough decisions.
But that’s where everything shifted.
With my team, we chose not to just “manage projects” — we wanted to give meaning to what we do.
We built a project monitoring system, rethought our workflows, and integrated CSR as a true strategy, not just a concept.
💡 Building with purpose
Step by step, every project became more than a mission.
It became an opportunity to create impact.
We worked on sustainable IT projects, strengthened our organization’s visibility, and implemented meaningful strategies.
But the most powerful part?
The collective mindset.
CSR wasn’t owned by one person — it was lived by everyone.
🏆 A defining moment
Then came that moment.
Winning the CSR Label at the JET Awards 2025.
It wasn’t just an award.
It was validation — that every effort, every doubt, every sacrifice mattered.
